As Sophia Tutino Yachting Ltd continues to grow and succeed, we are looking to hire Yacht Charter Consultants in Florida! We are three years old and we have big plans, this is the chance to be part of a recognised company within the yachting industry that is growing rapidly in size and reputation.

About us:

Sophia Tutino Yachting is a privately owned boutique company specialising and exclusively operating in yacht charter services. We have recently opened our office in South Beach, Miami!

The ideal candidates:

We are looking for an experienced charter broker with knowledge and passion for the yachting industry. You ideally already have an established client portfolio and can build and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNWI’s, actively promoting the business to clientele. The company will provide all necessary marketing and industry tools to perform the role.

Languages:

Fluent in English, excellent written and spoken English

Spanish or any other languages would be a bonus.

Salary:

Consultant role / Commission only role (Very advantageous commission split)

About you (but not limited to):

– A great networker

– A friendly, positive, and driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit

– A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Sales role within the luxury sector

– A minimum 1 year experience working in yacht chartering either as a charter assistant or charter broker

– A high degree of computer literacy including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

– Experience in using CRM

– Great organisation and time management skills

– Fantastic attention to detail

– Ability to work independently and within a team
