What is your favourite destination during a yacht charter and why?

“ I like all the beautiful places in Med but without doubt my favourite is Bonifacio for its amazing landscape and cliff. “le Fazio” just next to Bonifacio is the most beautiful place in Mediterranean and you can only access it by hiking along the Bonifacio straight to a natural swimming pool with crystal waters. A must.”

What is your approach to ensuring guests have to best time on board?

“ ONYX is a fantastic place to have a good time. You don’t need to do long distances in a week to have an amazing trip. Just choose the places you want to visit and don’t do a race. For me 2 hours of navigation maximum in a day is perfect and the rest you can chill and have fun in the most beautiful locations.”

What is your favourite cuisine style to cook?

“ My cooking styles stretch from Classic French, Asian (Chinese & Japanese) and Russian, but my favourite is Mediterranean Italian, Provencal. I enjoy cooking great food for guests, whether it’s adults, children and also the crew! ”

What is a fun fact that nobody knows about you?

“A fun fact about me is that I like to see people having a good time. If I can provide people with that, whether it’s water sports or just relaxing, then I’m happy. I think my ability to keep calm under pressure and always have a smile on my face helps with this.”

What is your favourite way to entertain guests on board?

“Everyday I try to entertain guests in a different way with lots of decorations and innovative creations. For the children I love doing workshops in origami, making rope bracelets and drawing, and for the adults I love creating great cocktails! I am also Cuban and familiar with Latin dances, so if guests want to learn I love to teach them.

What is your best memory from your yachting experience?

My most memorable charter is we once had Christiano Ronaldo and his family on board which was very exciting to have a celebrity on board and thankfully all the guests were very happy”.
