Our Central Agency Yacht for Charter ASHENA left the Maldives and has arrived safely home to Mumbai in India.

For the safety of the crew and just prior to the Maldives entering lockdown, the Owner of ASHENA made the difficult decision to send her back to Mumbai in India. Making the best of this time, she will be spending the next 8 months in the shipyard for maintenance, aesthetic and technical upgrades, getting her ready for the next season in the Maldives!

Let us remind you of ASHENA… ASHENA is a luxurious, classic 45.50m (149′ 3″) motor yacht, custom built in Bilimore, India in 2006 and refitted in 2016. She combines robust construction with a detailed and well-planned design, creating a regal, decadent, yet wonderfully comfortable ambience to on-board life, allowing ASHENA’s longstanding crew to deliver an exceptional level of service to her guests.

Indeed ASHENA is the perfect example of East meets West. The grandeur and opulence of the East is very carefully intertwined with the modern amenities of the West. She sleeps up to 12 guests throughout 5 ensuite cabins, with extra guest space in the Sky lounge which is possible to convert into an additional 6th cabin. For day charters, she can comfortably cruise with up to 24 guests. The beamy saloon offers comfortable sitting areas with a bar, games table and a round dining table that easily sits up to 12 guests.

The fine dining experience by Chef Manish is renowned throughout the Maldives and India. His exceptional abilities to cater for every taste bud enable the guests to enjoy a multitude of cuisines with a 5 star experience in every meal. We continuously receive excellent feedback from charterers who absolutely love every dish that comes out of Chef Manish’s galley. You are in for a treat!

Let us now take you on deck… ASHENA has a jacuzzi, large seating/daybed including loose seating to give complete relaxation for guests. For music lovers, a top of the range music system with Bluetooth connectivity has been installed for maximum entertainment. And of course, you can enjoy watching the sunset with some delicious cocktails at the top deck bar. Undoubtedly, this is a favourite pastime of many of her guests.

The crew makes or breaks a charter… ASHENA has an outstanding crew onboard with a charter record. Captain Mahesh and his crew of 12 are long lasting crew members. Ten of which have been with the Owner for over 6 years, and 3 of these have been onboard since launch. This season in the Maldives has been another great one.
