Ashton Robinson joins the Charter team at Sophia Tutino Yachting in the USA!

After twelve years working in the yachting industry as a professional Chief Stewardess and Purser on yachts up to 90 meters, Ashton is now taking that expertise and applying it directly to assist clients in creating their dream charter experience.

Ashton was born in Irving, Texas, a small suburb outside of Dallas and is now residing in Houston. It could be said that Ashton came into the yachting world somewhat by chance but possibly a bit of kismet too. She is the daughter of a trained chef mother and engineer father, who growing up had her travelling the world by the age 6 when the family moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 3 years. Afterwards they returned to Texas prior to moving to Paris, France. Ashton spent just under 7 years completing middle and high school at the American School of Paris before going to New York City to pursue a career in the fashion industry.

After a short stent of working for the fashion house, Rebecca Taylor, Ashton decided to pack up her tiny room in NYC and see if she could create a new future in the yachting industry. Completely roped in by the exclusive world of yachts, she never looked away from these incredible machines built to withstand the seas but remain in utter luxury. Ashton continues to be passionate about creating and discovering the ultimate in luxury and bespoke experiences for owners and charterers.
